you're getting really good at backgrounds. I feel like the cliffs in the BG are a little too blurred out though. They do need to be blurred since the focus is on the foreground but not so much as it looses almost all its definition. Maybe if you just went back in with a soft brush and defined some of the sharper lines along the cliff wall, NOT ALL OVER - but in some places - like where the cliff is closest to the camera. hope this helps. It really is a good picture I love the playfulness of Altath =]
